A meeting was held at the residence of Br. Amanullah Popere in Kheitan on 30 October 2009 after Maghrib to elect Adhoc Executuve Committee. All the members present agreed on the formation of Office Bearers & Executive Committee by secret ballot. The members who were present at the meeting are as follows:
